2. Request Within 48 Hours

You’re eligible for a full refund if you request it within 48 hours of purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course.
We believe this gives you enough time to explore the content and make sure it’s right for you.

3. Refund Eligibility

Request must be made within 48 hours of purchase. You must have completed less than 25% of the course.

Refunds do not apply to:
  • Combo offers or bundled deals
  • Heavily discounted or promotional purchases
  • Downloadable resources (like PDFs, toolkits, etc.)

4. How to Request a Refund

Email used for purchase
Course name
Reason for refund — so we can improve

We’ll process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after accessing a significant portion of the content.
  2. No refunds for failure to understand content due to language or skill mismatch — we encourage reviewing course descriptions beforehand.
  3. No refunds for downloadable or PDF-based products once accessed.
